The Urbandale Girls Cross Country Team placed 3rd at the Iowa Conference Meet on Thursday, October 13, 2016, at Marshalltown Community College.
The J-Hawks were paced by:

Urbandale will compete in the Regional Meet on October 20, 2016, in Cedar Falls.
