Urbandale Junior Avery Peterson and 10th Grader Kali Dixon qualified for the State Cross Country Meet.

Peterson placed 12th while Dixon was 14th in the Regional Meet on Thursday afternoon in Cedar Falls.

The duo will compete in the State Meet at Kennedy Park in Fort Dodge on Saturday, October 29, 2016, at 11:00am.
