The Urbandale Girls Cross Country Team will compete in the Carroll Kuemper Cross Country Invitational on Saturday, September 16, 2017.

The J-Hawks are part of the field that includes:  North Polk, Council Bluffs AL, Spencer, Council Bluffs TJ, Webster City, Atlantic, Denison, Kuemper, Lewis Central, Nevada, Bondurant-Farrar.

Race time is slated for 9:00am at Swan Lake State Park.
