The Urbandale Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams will compete in the CIML Conference Invitational on Wednesday, October 12, 2022.

This year's event will be held at the Dragon's Lair XC Course at Johnston High School.

Teams in the field include:  Ankeny, Ankeny Centennial, Dowling Catholic, Johnston, Southeast Polk, Urbandale, Waukee, Waukee Northwest, and WDM Valley

The schedule for the event is as follows:

3:00 PM - 9/10 Girls

3:30 PM - 9/10 Boys

4:00 PM - JV Girls

4:30 PM - JV Boys

5:00 PM - Varsity Girls

5:30 PM  - Varsity Boys

6:15 PM  - Awards
