The Urbandale Girls Cross Country Team placed 6^th at the CIML Invitational on Wednesday night at Johnston High School.

Individual results from the Varsity race were:

13^th - Norah Seeley - 19:44.7 

15^th - Sophia Huber - 19:51.0 

39^th - Victoria Martinez-Lohf - 20:30.3 

44^th - Megan Carmell - 20:41.8 

46^th - Alex Mackie - 20:44.2 

62^nd - Izzy Heggen - 21:37.3 

63^rd - Sarah Webster - 21:50.0

Seeley and Huber were named 2^nd Team All-Conference based upon their performance.

The J-Hawks head to the State Qualifying Meet on October 19 at Marshalltown Community College.
